2018 Cruise

You could not ask for better weather, blue skies, crystal clear water, plenty of dolphins and no schedule to keep. My wife Deirdre and I plus our trusty hound Ollie set off on Sunday 10th June with no specific destination. We thought the wind is good for the Scillies so off we set. Ollie settled in like the proverbial sea dog even though it was his first long trip on the boat.
Yola had been spruced up with a good clean, a wipe of polish, her new sails and a thorough check up of all equipment. She looked after us well and we arrived in Hugh Town, St.Marys, IoS in about 23 hours. Ollie enjoyed his stroll on the beach and showed no reluctance to return to the boat.
